So you would rather pay for them to be incarcerated along with their welfare due to them haveing a criminal record and not being able to find work?

I'm totally legal in my state..so what's your point? How are "illegal users" different from "legal" users? Does being "illegal" make one a FIEND? LOL That's a rhetorical question! What does Obama's "unlimited monies" have to do with anything? Obama's "justice dept" has sold out the cannabis users. What upsurge in youth abuse are you talking about? Are you considering use abuse? Anyone who wants to smoke weed can...illegal or not. What's bad is putting non-violent people, who's only crime is smoking a plant, in jail and YOU are PAYING FOR THAT! Why doesn't that disturb you? Why aren't you concerned with all the pharmies being prescribed to our children?

Define abuse. How do you know its making people stupid? Stats? You have no idea what you are talking about...as usual. Yup..I know who you are. Really, are you than bored? How could you be with all your phony TPX id's? You spend most of your days talking to yourself. Who's stupid? People who drink alcohol are the stupid ones. Alcohol causes deaths everyday..why is IT still legal?

Fact Sheets- Alcohol Use and Health
Alcohol Use and Health

There are approximately 80,000 deaths attributable to excessive alcohol use each year in the United States.1 This makes excessive alcohol use the 3r d leading lifestyle-related cause of death for the nation.2 Excessive alcohol use is responsible for 2.3 million years of potential life lost (YPLL) annually, or an average of about 30 years of potential life lost for each death.1 In 2006, there were more than 1.2 million emergency room visits and 2.7 million physician office visits due to excessive drinking.3 The economic costs of excessive alcohol consumption in 2006 were estimated at $223.5 billion.

Alcohol causes 20,000 cancer deaths in the U.S. annually

..."A new study published in the April 2013 issue of the American Journal of Public Health shows that about 20,000 cancer deaths in the U.S. a year -- about 3.5 percent of all cancer-related deaths -- are caused by alcohol consumption.

(Marijuana Safety - DEA Administrative Law Judge's Ruling)

"3. The most obvious concern when dealing with drug safety is the possibility of lethal effects. Can the drug cause death?
"4. Nearly all medicines have toxic, potentially lethal effects. But marijuana is not such a substance. There is no record in the extensive medical literature describing a proven, documented cannabis-induced fatality.
"5. This is a remarkable statement. First, the record on marijuana encompasses 5,000 years of human experience. Second, marijuana is now used daily by enormous numbers of people throughout the world. Estimates suggest that from twenty million to fifty million Americans routinely, albeit illegally, smoke marijuana without the benefit of direct medical supervision. Yet, despite this long history of use and the extraordinarily high numbers of social smokers, there are simply no credible medical reports to suggest that consuming marijuana has caused a single death.- See more at: http://www.drugwarfacts.or/cms/Causes_of_Deat...

Nobody has ever died from using marijuana. Wanna a Cocktail? LMAO

Having tried it as a youth I am absolutely against it. Legalization will bring in criminals to invade crops, and crime will rise on account of it. The side effects are tremendous and generally ignored. Marijuana as a script is a joke. It is people looking for a reason, and a state desperate for an income, but in the long run more costly than it solves.People who support it, usually already illegally do it. What is wrong with this picture?
Are you kidding me!!! You tried it in your youth.... Well I'm guessing your about 50 + years old then... Maybe give it another shot old timer! It will make that next episode of mattlock worth watching. And just where exactly are you getting your information? How would this be costly? More money in the governments pocket... Less crime... More laughs... Good sleep... Less pain... Better appetite.... I could go on forever... Look it just like any other substance! You abuse it, you'll end up retarded! It's fine in moderation... Been smoking 15 years... Im now 28...No problems at all! And guarantee I'm more successfull than this chump!
for your info
