i don't believe youngsters are going to be enticed to get into "trouble"with the aid of marijuana,if anything they are more likely to stay away from troublesome places and thought because they will be at peace with what they are doing where they are doing it rather than looking for mischievous things to occupy their time with, when i was a kid before smoking pot i was always looking for new adventure and daring things to do,when i smoked weed we would just enjoy life on life's terms with fun and safe doings in life, before i had ever smoked weed i would steal and cause trouble for the next and if i thought i could break a window and get away with it and laugh so be it,the human mind is more than just curious when growing as a child, after i started smoking weed i would try to help if someone lost something, stealing was out of the question, after smoking i would be the one to help fix a broken window, the satisfaction of doing good was a greater satisfaction and much more rewarding after indulging in the smoking sensation,i took my schooling more seriously than before i smoked, before i smoked it seemed like a forced chore to do activities and after smoking it seemed more like fun and exciting to learn, yes it may have seemed while under the influence that the learning ability was a bit longer but when the effect wore off the things that where taught and learned were still in the memory banks,if you have never experienced the smoking of marijuana how in the hell can you have the audacity to say anything negative about something you clearly know nothing about, when i was a young child i was told how sex was a bad thing but then as yea get older they say its a good thing,at what point do yea decide who's right or wrong without using your own judgement and trial and error,if they were to legalize marijuana, millions of people would be out of a job that's what they are scared of,counselor's,police, therapis t,dealers, bankers, and the list goes on,yes it would open employment as well for the other end but the loss is greater if they legalize it,looks like another generation will have to smoke behind closed doors or through a DR.consent,in the 70's yea could walk down the street and it was common to meet any random person and say hi with a toke without fear of being arrested now folks don't even do much more than nod their head, folks cared about their fellow neighbor now yea dont know or try to know your neighbors,

no one ever beat their wife while high, but drunkards do it all the time. My rationalization is that since booze is legal, why not pot?

if they legalize it they can sell it with tax and get rid of this horrendous debt that has accumulated over the last 11 years

decriminalization will reduce prison crowding and raise money by permits and taxes.
