Taking the illegal aspect out of an existing illegally marketed product and legalizing would bring less crime related activity to our city and more taxed revenue. I am not a user of Marijuana but I don't see the difference in the sale of alcohol as to the sale of Marijuana. Should be the users choice not the government. Crime syndicates are in fact the real problem. Take the fuel out of there fire

Absolutely. Most serious pot smokers don't drive behind it. I have certain pains and problems sleeping at times and wouldn't mind using it. I would rather grow my own plant as oppose to buying something illegal when I don't know what has been added to it. There are numerous amounts of people who such as cancer patients especially could use it. I don't think a person should really need an excuse either just to smoke it. I wish it would be legalized. I know i would not abuse it.

Please, enough of the "prohibition". It's 2011. The Feds
won't do it because they'd have to change their "war on drugs". That is a billion-dollar deal they've got going. Way too many ATF, CIA, FDA & FBI have their fingers in that cookie jar to EVER say yes.
