The native americans (Indians) have been smoking it since the beginning time. They need to legalize it, and tax it. That way the state and cities can finally have a suprlus in their budget because a lot of people smoke marijuana.

Tax it like cigarettes and that way we will have a budget surplus and not a budget deficit.

The police could spend more time on the rapist of 4 year olds, killings, robberies, etc. Legalization would be the most logical solution. Maybe start with allowing a certain amount to be possession of at a time. No one under 21 as with cigs and alcohol. Although I don't agree with that either. Maybe raise the age allowed to be in the military.

LEGALIZE and decriminalize marijuana. Our police should be concentrating on more important issues and by legalizing we could decrease prison populations. :]

Well, It wouldn't bother me if it were legalized.
Things would still be the same. Meaning, it would still continue to make Smart people stupid. Active people lazy. And sharp witted people Dimwits. I am 48 years old. I may have smoked a total of 5 joints in my lifetime. But I have known dozens of Chronic Weed smokers. They all have one thing in common. they have less mental abilities then non-weedsmokers. All of them.

Big time drug dealers would have to come out in the open and not hide behind the nickel and dime dealers doing herb.

anyone who supports this issue is about as ignorant as ignorant can be. Drugs can destroy brain cells and no telling what else. Plus it is illegal.

yes I do. The simple fact is I don't believe that its okay to drink and get torn up. Smoking just relaxes you and can function more than if you are drunk.

Legalize it and tax it. Big drug dealers will have to come out in the open and not be able to hide behind the nickel and dime bags people are being busted for. Will give jobs to those who decide to grow and harvest.
