NO I do not support the legalization of Marijuana! The last thing we need is a whole bunch of people fried out of there minds driving around under the influence and working under the inluence. What is this work coming to? Can't people go and be sober why do you think that you have to be high to live life?

Marijuana can be used to make hemp and other products such as paper (no more tree choppin,)it would help to save our planet) clothing, and rope.there are are over 2500 uses for hemp.It would boost our economy enormously.Growing Hemp/Marijuana is illegal. The largest postion of Hemp comes from Communist China, and it fast becoming the number one economy in the world second only to the United States. We can also make marijuana oil which can be used as a renewable fuel.

Two seperate issues.....again. You are talking hemp the question was about smoking pot, not industrial hemp as you are talking about.

William Randolph Hearst sympathized with Harry J. Anslinger in his war against marijuana. Between 1936 and 1937, Hearst Assosiated Marijuana With Hemp in his newspaper dynasty and published many of the stories that Anslinger fabricated...Hearst played a major part in aiding the anti-marijuana movement, leading to its prohibition in the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937,a law which also effectively outlawed HEMP .

There are at least 1,500 current and former law enforcement professionals who agree. They are members of LEAP ( Law Enforcement Against Prohibition ), who base their opinions on years of experience.LEAP has packaged its argument in a convincing 12-minute video ( http://www.leap.cc/cms/index.php... ), in which Cole explains that an estimated 1.3 percent of the U.S. population was addicted to drugs when the Harrison Act, a national anti-drug law, was enacted in 1914.
All pot can do is alter your mood, lower your inhibitions, and open new paths for your mind to explore. You still have be be a creative person to start with. Most people that consume HERBS on a regular basis start to rely on that feeling to turn on their creative flow. So yes in some it may help. http://video.google.ca/videoplay... #

HHAT IS MARIJUANA-The word `marijuana' is a Mexican slang term which became popular in the late 1930's in America, during a series of media and government programs which we now refer to as the `Reefer Madness Movement....' It refers specifically to the medicine part of cannabis, which Mexican soldiers used to smoke. Today in the U.S., hemp (meaning the roots, stalk, and stems of the cannabis plant) is legal to possess. No one can arrest you for wearing a hemp shirt, or using hemp paper....
Marijuana (The flowers, buds, or leaves of the cannabis plant) is not legal to possess, and there are stiff fines and possible jail terms for having any marijuana in your possession. The seeds are legal to possess and eat, but only if they are sterilized (will not grow to maturity.)... Since it is not possible to grow the hemp plant without being in possession of marijuana, the United States does not produce any industrial hemp products, and MUST IMPORT THEM or, more often, substitute others....(There is a way to grow hemp legally, but it involves filing an application with the Drug Enforcement Administration and THE DEA- VERY RARELY GIVES ITS PERMISSION.)... This does not seem to have stopped people from producing and using marijuana,though.... 4298In many parts of the United States, marijuana is the number one cash crop, mostly because it fetches a very high price on the black
market.
