I think what she means is that there are so many worse crimes committed every day.The police waste time chasing pot smokers while child molesters,murderers,rapist are going scot free because pot smoking is the most publicity.

Sorry, my computer went psychotic. Agreed to an extent. They should defiantly balance how much attention they pay to any one certain crime. But going as far as to completely legalize it won't fix that problem.

I agree ,theres a lot worse than smoking weed,jails r going to stay full because of the pills,Ive never seen or heard of someone ODing on weed but u can get alcohol poison ,and ive seen way more than my share of over doses coming through the E.R. so what would be so bad with making it legal ,if not they need to make all alcohol illegal,it does way more damage to ya body,I dont smoke weed but Id rather be around someone who has than someone drunk,Thank You for ya time this message was brought to u by your local strip bar

Still pot smoking is something that hurts mostly the user.I mean anyone can grow it so it isn't as costly as alcohol as far as taking from your family.I know it probably leads to more drug usage,so maybe that isn't the answer,but certainly throwing someone in prison for smoking pot is over kill.Yes I have a son hooked on pain killers and that is a huge problem,one I have no answer for.

It's just like someone said earlier,when they figure out how to tax it,then it will be legal.I don't know how many of you have had tobacco bases,but they come and measure it and if you have a couple rows too much they destroy it so they can keep prices up.You can grow it but can only sell it to their markets.

Well for one it is a drug. For two millions of people die from gettin high and trying to drive or whatever. Another reason is that it is way to easy to grow so therefore it would be hard to sell but i think it should never not in ten million years should it be legalized!!!!!

for one pot is not a narcotic drug. it helps people that are sick,who can't eat like some people.should a person die because of your stupity.people die every day mostly because they don't have the meds or gods meds you call drugs.be different if it was your family or someone you love. ain't it.
