It is less harmful than alcohol. And has never, NEVER, killed anybody. Prohibition has killed thousands.

its not addicting like alcohol and less people die every year from traffic fatalities from smoking marijuana than alcohol

cheaper to legalize and tax it than trying to control consumption by jailing people

i do not support legalization of marijuana, we have enough problems and i think we got where we are because we just accept things and dont speak up enough and dont get involved and we just have let the government make all the decisions that havnt been good ones ,speak out america!!

Face it, no matter what, drug is a drug...but I've been outside of america and when one hides things, one is curious to know what it is, like education, when one know and grow up with what it is, they will be understanding and use in moderation than undercover and illegal ways...I don't approve of ANY drug except when one is dying and there is just nothing else to do...If a crackhead can pay bills and take care of his family and responsibilities, he can smoke all he want...but reality is, that's not the case!

It should be taxed andcontrolled by the government thusly eliminating drug dealers profits. Those who then sell illegal drugs should be shot.

Legalize it, control the strength and distribution. Use the tax dollars to fight the really dangerous drugs. Not saying pot is completely harmless, but if we can remove the criminal element from pot, maybe it won't be the "gateway drug" to harder stuff. You know the "friendly" neighborhood dealer is going to try to upsell you to the harder stuff.

Everyone is doing it anyway. Legalize it and make alcohol illegal. It is much worse!

There would be less crime and police could spend their time chasing rapist, robbers and the like. It has been said that marijuana does not lead to worse drugs.

NO. Every year I try to re-visit this issue. But, having done so....again. I still vote NOT to legalize marijuana.
