I do support it, if people can drink alcohol, which causes more deaths, car accidents, and addiction than marijuana has or ever will. Then marijuana should certainly be legal. The government needs to give it a rest and possibbly smoke a joint themselves

I have been smoking marijuana for 10 plus years and never done another drug. So for those of you saying it is a gateway drug, well they just don't know what they are talking about.

Marijuana is the "door" to harder, more addictive drugs.
I think you have mistaken it with ALCOHOL. if anything is a "gateway drug" it's legal ALCOHOL. but it's okay to drink & lose your ability to make good decisions because alcohol is legal. If anything ALCOHOL - which kills more people than pot, should be illegal. That would save a lot of lives & a lot of bad decissions. I'm will do my research before I say for sure but personally I've never heard of anyone dying from strictly marijuana! Definitely don't kill people in cars anywhere near what alcohol does. Although the stoners may drive in the slow lane on the highway about 5-10 miles under the speed limit!:-)

<quoted text> with a name?-like that, one could expect a question like you just asked. are your brains scrambled too? THE DRUG-TASK FORCE say's it's not legal. that should be a good enough answer for anyone. get caught with it and see if you will be arrested or not. or have you already? time will tell! TIC-TOCK- TIC-TOCK.
Getting caught with pot which is a naturally occurring plant the "God" created has nothing to do with it being a gateway drug. Your two points don't have anything to do with each other. It's illegal simply because it would be difficult to regulate. But this brings me to a question- If you lived in California & were prescribed marijuana would it still be so terrible & a gateway drug? It is legal there, Colorado & many other states for medical use. Obviously doctors don't think it's risk outweigh the benefits!
