Would it be okay if a doctor uses it just before operating on one of your loved ones.
And when will it stop; starts with marijuana and next they will want cocaine legalized.

Country spends too much time, money and resources pursuing, incarcerating and fighting a substance far less harmful than alcohol. Oh, wait, the gov't makes a ton of money off of alcohol, that's right!

Medical advantages alone make legalization worthwhile but we continue to ignore the benefits and allow people to needlessly suffer.

explain my vote? Are you serious? It would be fifty pages long! But at the core of this issue is that I shouldn't have to explain it. This country is about personal freedom and anti-drug laws are totally un-constitutional and only exist to protect legal drug producer's profits. What I do with my life and body is my choice given to me by God and I will fight to the death to get that back. Government has NO RIGHT to arrest me for smoking God's plant any more than they have a right to arrest me for eating a tomato.

spend the crime dollars in other areas like libraries. Tax it and get out of the recession

Enforcement of marijuana laws is significantly more costly than negative effects of legalization.

I love pot. I smoke it and go through a sleeve or oreos like Carnie Wilson. Suck it.

This will help alot of people and stop alot of drug related crimes. It helps alot of cases where people have trouble eating or sleeping. No addiction is attatched like other drugs.Unlike other drugs Marijuana is grown from a plant like Cigarettes, which is more addicting with bad withdrawl symptoms and deadly side effects and this is legal. Why?

i agree it hard to tax something some some can grow in the window of their crib and not bother anyone. you would have to leave you house, no driving to cop a bag and youd know whats in it, simple enough, would but most dealers out of bus. after a couple months, maybe thats the problem its to easy to grow your own...

You have no valid argument. The use of any intoxicant would violate the oath doctors take, some could argue caffeine shouldnt be used by doctors who preform surgery.

You should think you post through and support them. Nobody wants their doc an anything that might affect their judgement.

Pot would be treated as alcohol...as it should be.
