I think they should legalize it because people will continue to use itan the city might as well get money off it.

Should worry more about the be the drugs like herion, cocain and pill passing that makes these people go crazy. Let the Farmers grow the Opium who grew tobacco and maybe the goverment will have much needed money flow coming in insted of being broke. Little Smoke dont hurt no one. Never seen anyone pass out, or get killed yet from smoking opium

Marijuana is safer than alcohol, non addictive, etc. The only reason it's illegal is because of the politics! Prohibition of alcohol was the same way. End prohibition.

Has great medical benifits, plus more people could work if they don't have to worry about drug testing.

yes I would. God made it. And it's better than alcohol and legal pills that kill. Only really ignorant people have a problem with weed. And as lawmakers are now 40 years old and know weed is not dangerous at all, it will be legal.

By not legalizing pot we are supporting our local court house , jailhouse , sheriffs department , auction houses and anyone who has a since of freedom to sell it theirself ,If you know what I mean ! Legalizing pot would be like robbing the courthouse. I would like to see it legalized but who would support our local government.

Because kids never take drugs that aren't legal??

If your parenting strategy to stop your kids from trying any sort of drug is relying on it's legal status as a deterrent, then you need a back-up plan.
