I WANT THE GOVERNMENT OUT OF MY PRIVATE LIFE

Except when it comes to throwing people who smoke a flower in cages, spend as much as possible defeating that menace.

Drug wars are happening all over. People are going to use pot regardless of it's legality. Legalize it and the wars will end. And a new industry will begin!

Where do I start? It's safe and harmless. There are no long term effects. And why the hell is alcohol legal and not pot? I don't even smoke anymore, but will be 420 friendly till the day I die

IT RUINS LIVES. CHILDREN SMOKE IT,GET STONED AND DON'T ACCOMPLISH MUCH IN SCHOOL. IT DISTORTS THINKING. SMOKERS GET MEAN (IRRATABLE) WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE ANY TO GET HIGH, MANY EVEN SNAP AT CHILDREN DURING THIS TIME. IT CREATES AN UNREALISTIC SENSE OF REALITY.

It's stupid and disgusting, but not dangerous.

You can't control anything unless it's legal. Today the only one who controls who drugs are sold to, where they are sold, and to what age group are drug sealers. If you want to regulate something, it must be legal.

If you want to protect kids from marijuana, legalize it. You can't control anything unless it's regulated. Ask any kid if they can get drugs at school, yes. Ask if they can get alcohol, no. Why, because it's regulated........

Psychologically speaking, children will be less likely to partake if it is legalized, because technically then it is their own option. It appeals now to them because it is not permitted. For medical purposes, it helps some. It is less harmful than alcohol and cigarettes. However, anyone who uses it recreationally is more or less, useless to society anyways (those who abuse it, meaning more than once), they would be if it were illegal and if it was legal. If we are discussing equality, then yes it should be seeing as it's not as harmful as the legalized things.
However, talking about this topic doesn't really matter. It's like trying to get scientists and religious people on the same page: It would be great if we spent energy to the greater good, no towards each other.

Not a smoker, but I know many who are. I have no problem with it. And it's done good things for employment and the economy here.

Obviously this person is self-medicating and needs to either have a continuous supply or needs to go to the doctor. Insurance pays for the pharmaceutical mood stabilizing agents.

What I'm trying to say, it's not the pot that's the problem here, it's something else.
