I can't think of a justifiable reason for it not being legal. Arguments against legalization are all baseless fear mongering.

It is a harmless drug that has many beneficial medical qualities as well. If alcohol is legal there is no reason marijuana should not be as well. It is also a waste of tax payer money & jail/prison space to lock up people arrested with marijuana. Think about how much money could be made by legalizing, taxing & regulating marijuana. Hemp products are very useful & reliable as well.

Marijuana is less dangerous than alcohol, period. Think of the tax revenue that could be generated, prison space freed up, and illegal gangs put out of business!

Absolutely, let's support something much less dangerous than alcohol and collect tax money in the process

there is no rational reason for it to be illegal.

Keep getting stoned bejesus CO pot heads. I love it.
It makes it so much easier for the rest of us to take advantage of you and bypass you in a dog eat dog world. Love my big house, nice cars, hot wife, beach vacations, and big bank account. Have fun being stoned, broke and burned out on your crappy couch with Cheetos crumbs all over your face. After all you made it legal. I will remind you to pay me your rent.

Haaaa ha, you stoners are funny.

Wow, what's with all the anger?

And, btw, I'm stoned right now, yet own two houses and three vehicles, one new.

I earned my money by working hard and was able to retire early.

Marijuana helps my back and depression.

My best to you, and I hope the angry ones among you calm the fuck down.

MJ is a crutch for cripples, both physical and mental. The Feds still have it classified as a CLASS I narcotic and federal laws still override state laws regardless of a vote. see: ABCNEWS.go.com/us/pot-laws-colorado-washingto...

all I can say is this: Remember alcohol prohibition? there were whiners just like you when it was REPEALED...you seriously need to read up on the history of alcohol prohibition....the country is founded of the will of the MAJORITY vote, and there hasn't been a government that can stop that! look up abortions, women voting, alcohol prohibtion, Rosa Parks....i know, these piss you off, because prohibitionists like yourself have failed.....and keep failing.....

The national push is for MEDICAL use only, not anytime anywhere use. You will see stiffer penalities for use outside the rules and doctors licenses being revoked for misuse. You'll see stiffer penalities for possessing, selling, and transporting amounts above the limits. There will always be those who think they are above the laws and whine and cry foul when they get caught. Those toads get the press coverage and make it hard on those who behave.

the national push is for MEDICAL use???? oh, okay, that's why it was legalized in 2 states for recreational use...LMAO! you get more pathetic with every post...the drug war is a failure. The war on Cannabis is the most epic failure of all. The government lied. Most folks with common sense have realized this...you on the other hand....

Please explain where in amendment 64 does it say anything about medical use.

Marijuana is probably the most dangerous drug on the planet, bar none.
Why? The very reasons you mentioned in your comments.-'less dangerous than alcohol, tax revenue, etc.'
You have redrawn the line for my eight year old son. You make this drug seem socially acceptable. He can be a big boy now. Not that you care.
You now have another legal way to get high. Congratulations!

Wow....marijuana is the most dangerous drug on the planet....and this whole time I thought that it was a plant that no one has ever overdosed on. You sound like another confused prohibitionist, ThomasA must really praise you.

Keep barking, no one is listening, the voters have already spoken. Your a little to late to spread your false outdated propaganda.
