It helps many people with many illnesses. Also cancer patients who are sick, marijuana is the only thing that can help. Cigarettes and alcohol are far worse than marijuana and they are legalized.

It is much safer than alcohol or drugs like cocaine and meth among many others. Safer than even cigarettes!! It's way past time marijuana is legalized!
No one is stopping you from smoking MJ. Even if it were legalized for possession, the state cannot stop a company from firing you if you have it in your system if you get caught in a pee test at work. You will still get a DUI if an officer thinks you've been smoking and has you tested. Is the possibility of getting fired from your job or a DUI with a fine and higher insurance rates worth firing up another joint? Is that buzz really worth your future?

No one is stopping you but it's up to YOU to know when and where to use pot or alcohol. Society doesn't have enough adult baby sitters to hold your hands and keep you out of trouble but it does have rules and jails to handle those few who chose to break the laws in public or zero tolerance rules in the workplace.

Just how is it safer than alcohol? MJ and alcohol will both get you a DUI if you get caught driving and MJ will get you fired at work long after you smoked it unlike alcohol that fades out by Monday morning. Organized crime is just that,ORGANIZED CRIME so how is legalizing MJ going to stop that organization? Step right up and present your plan. The floor is all yours.

if you have to question about the safety of cannabis over alcohol, you need to educate yourself and move onto some other prohibitionist topix page. You are a failure at this game...just like drug testing. Many ways to get around drug tests...but fools like you have no clue.....

That's why companies use private labs to make a full screening for your permanent work file. Tests today are done on site instead of letting the people chosen at random to go to their car or locker before going to a lab. Detection of a blocker only resets your name for a surprise re-test. Testing labs aren't as stupid as you may think. Neeeeeext!

No, you need to grow up and realize that you are setting the course of your future by your adolescent defiant behavior against rules and regulations that normal people live with in society. Contrary to your thinking, the world doesn't revolve around you and your mindset. Hop on board the train of reality or be happy with a future of living under a bridge.

Sorry but guitarman is right. Your a sick twisted individual that loves to see people suffer. You need help. If this was 1776 I bet you would have remained loyal to the British while Americans were fighting for your freedom. I have no respect for people like you. Get lost you prohibitionist waste of oxygen.

You find it easy to criticize facts, rules, and laws in your smoky haze when you have no better plan for you and your stoner brothers to mingle with reality and the real world. Prohibitionist? Not so! Smoke all you want but have the balls to accept the consequences that go along with it. Whining and sniveling are a sign that you're not ready to get off the tit.

Your life is going to be very miserable once marijuana is legalized and out in the open. I have never witnessed anyone so terrified of a plant as you.
