I would much rather take money from drug dealers and put it to use through taxed regulated facilities to help Alabama's education, infrastructure, medical funding.making marijuana illegal doesn't stop consumption anymore than dry counties stopping consumption of alcohol.

D.C. decriminalization is on. Congress didn't act in time to stop the new D.C. law. As of July 17, simple posession is no longer a felony offence.

It is a natural from the ground that God gave us. God wouldn't plant anything that will harm us. Besides, it is very helpful in other ways such as helping with nausea, and appetite

Its time to get the US out of the drug war on Marijuna. This law makes criminals out of NON violent behavior.
