1) There can be responsible use of marijuana just as much as there is responsible use of alcohol.
2) Prohibition laws are anti-liberty, and they are based on false assumptions that marijuana users are somehoiw more degenerate than alcohol users.
3) We cannot arrest our way to a drug-free nation.

It really helps with my muscle spasms and it helps my husband relax after work. He is an engineer and got drug tested regularly but now he is promoted and doesn't get tested ;) he he.

I think it would tremendously be beneficial to our state. A lot of people are smoking anyway and spending a lot of time behind bars for it. It would free up space to put real criminals behind bars.
