marijuana has been proven to alleviate the symptoms of many illnesses, and improve the quality of life for countless individuals that would otherwise suffer, not only in the United States, but world wide. I believe with a Dr. recommendation, any adult should be able to consume marijuana.

We've wasted enough on the "war on drugs". Tax it and regulate / treat it like tobacco.

Yes I do if used for medical reasons and not abuse it for recreational use. It can help people with insomnia. Alot of women have a problem sleeping in their 40's

We have enough People Walking around Spaced out so, Why add more? What is wrong with People that are so, so weak that they think they must have some type of substance to survive. However, if it is legalized all of the goodie, goodies will be able to come out into the open. Lots of Parents will be able to see those Perfect Kids and Grand Children as they really are would then be legal.

Talk about making an impact with the Mexican drug cartels. Texas WOULD get the last word on that issue. Tax the hell out of it, use the monies for border protection, mental illness benefits for those who do not have it, alcohol education. Our local farmers have had all their crops grown over because we import things we should grow ourselves. Put america back to work in our own country.

No. People complain about the effects of drugs (laziness, lack of motivation, brain damage) enforcement risk their lives, especially with drugs brought across the Mexican border (look what locals and tourists have endured/tortured/killed). It has become a joke...well US you like to smoke.
