THERE ARE PLENTY OF ALCOHOL RELATED INCIDENTS BUT NOT MARIJUANA RELATED INCIDENTS UNLESS THE COPS RUN UP ON YOU. PEOPLE GET DRUNK AND WANT TO FIGHT BUT WHEN PEOPLE GET HIGH THEY JUST CHILL AND HAVE A GOOD LAUGH.

makes people too relaxed, not so great for driving, parenting, etc. I'm sure it was against the law for a reason to begin with... not to mention it's not good for you.

It's natural and it won't kill ya. Can't say that about most legal drugs approved by the FDA.

Yes, Marijuana has helped me, After a life threatening wreck, I had kidney and bladder issues the the prescription drugs were doing more damage than good. Marijuana gave me the pain relief and appitite to recover. And the laws are BS in SC I got busted growing a few plants for personal use and I am going through hell. The laws need to be changed.

Would eliminate a lot of crime, can be taxed which would bring in revenue. Should be treated like alcohol.

The main reason why Marijuana became illegal in the first place was so that the paper companies could control the market. They might have gone out of business if they didn't ban hemp. Another reason is because it was said that marijuana caused white women to fall in love with black man. These seem like pretty stupid reasons to me. In addition, its a fact that cigarettes and alcohol are more harmful to ones body then marijuana. Besides, the government should not be able to tell the governed what they can and cant put in their bodies. It should be a personal choice.

Weed is signficantly less harmful than cigarettes and alcohol and has a lot of medical benefits. Regardless if it is legalized or not people are going to smoke it and that will never change. However, if it is legalized that's one more thing to government can tax I'm sure people won't mind all that much paying taxes on weed as long as they can smoke it which will lead to a positive effective on our economy.

Users become lethargic to reality and fail to be contributors to societal needs. Rather, they become societal liabilities.

It's a drug, another substance to impact lives at home and on the road.
