I always thought it was against the law to be here if you were not a citizen.I think that all states should uphold that law.I think that it should be against the law for anyone to fly the Mexico Flag in our country. We would not be able to do that in Mexico fly the American Flag ; Our Flag is dear to us and It has been paid for in blood. They cry Freedom but they should not be able to protest in our streets and if they do they should be arrested.

I support this law because when we go to another country we have to show our papers, so whats the difference, These people come to our country to take our jobs, rape us women and kill our citizens I for one think if they are here illegally they should suffer the concequences and be sent back. The ones that are working here should not be alloud to send the money home, this takes away from our ecomny too

You are so right and we have people that cannot afford insurance for themselves or their children right here, and and they can go to the hospitals and have children or what ever and do not have to pay or be turned away. That sounds like a good deal, Live here and get every thing free and send their money back home , It isn't going to work that way.

Get here legally, get on the track to citizenship, learn the language, and begin to assimilate... then you'll see how very welcome a generous American society can make you feel.

My husband is a Dutch National. We followed the law, paid the fees, filed the paperwork, and on a technicality our application was denied and he was sent back to the Netherlands. The technicality? I sent what is called a Short Form birth certificate when what was needed was a long form. Had they bothered to send me a letter letting me know, I would have gotten the form right away. Instead, our perfect application was now incomplete, because after removing the offending document (the wrong birth certificate), our application was now incomplete and (and I quote), "Sending incomplete evidence to USCIS constitutes a request for immediate decision." Of course - the decision was Application Denied without Appeal. They gave him 33 days to leave the country which he did and not 2 days after he left they sent me a letter telling me a needed a long form birth certificate! OMG!! What a screwed up mess! So I called that Customer Service Center where the people read from pre-written answers to commonly asked questions and was told that I could reapply, but all fees paid to date and all evidence submitted was not refundable or returnable.

So with all of this, just exactly HOW do people stay in this country illegally when I can't even get my husband to stay here LEGALLY!?

Being here illegally is a felony. If I was in another country illegally they would ship me back. That is our policy and it is not being enforced and this President seems to think that Federal Law doesn't need to be enforced.

No Amnesty! I will NOT press 1 for English! And "Immigration Reform" is the just the Orwellian way of saying AMNESTY!

I WANT MY HUSBAND! I followed the law! Every State should follow Arizona and tell the Federal Government to follow its Constitutional duty to enforce laws that deal with International issues and stop trying to usurp States Rights!!! I'm SO angry with this President and this issue!

The states must protect themselves when the Federal Gov't refuses to do so.

Sorry for the callous treatment by our so called public servants, Kimberly. Atrocious treatment!. The ILLEGAL CRIMINALS who slithered across our borders will be given far more courteous treatment than your husband who honestly tried to comply with our requirements because these Socialist Democrats want their votes.
