Ignoring our laws is bringing anarchy. If you love your country, demand the laws be enforced.

the scope of the immigration issues in front of us is much broader than you are legal or you are not. many immigrants came here legally, and because the immigration system is broken their status expired after they established themselves as law abiding people residing in the United States. We need to address the problem and give our neighbors the same opportunities that we were given when we came to America.

It is time to take a hard stand on those who are in this country illegally. There is something wrong with our country when we put U.S. citizens into jail for breaking the law but give “illegal aliens” welfare benefits, free insurance, food stamps and housing assistance for breaking the law and then, if that is not enough, allow them to continue to live in our country because they become pregnant and want to have their babies on US soil. However, they do not even want to take the time to learn our language.

It's a Federal Law that is not being enforced. If the Federal Government will not enforce the law, then all states have the right to enforce state laws and protect their own.

All countries have visas with expiration dates on them the problem is when these expire the people don't want to go. The system is not broken just because these people can't have it their way.

You would think so because Mexicans are by far the most illegal in the country. It's not about race, it's about nationality.

BTW, mexican is not a race.

Illegals cost the system much more than they supposedly give back to community. California can not continue supporting illegals and their anchor babies!

You obviously have not read the Bill. It is only 10 pages long. Please, READ IT! You will see that it has nothing to do with race.

Our borders should be sucured and people should be in this country legally. Until we get serious this problem will never be solved. The influx of illegal immigration has been a burden on many communities. We already have a very generous legal immigration system. We need to find a better way of dealing with those that overstay their visa's. Stop all benefits and hiring of illegals.

Should be "secured". Our government has failed and Arizona has every right to protect itself. Governor Brewer is a heroe and has done what she was elected to do. She is protecting the welfare of her state. We in California need to find leaders that are willing to do what it takes to protect our state. Take a look at our State Senators and Representatives in California and you'll soon see that our problem has been the Democrats when it comes to illegal immigration.

So you're in favor of the drugs and illegal aliens coming through AZ?
