I respect The governor of Arizonia for standing up for American Citizens Rights and the LAWS already written and doing what is RIGHT. She is doing what this failed corrupted broken DICTATERSHIP of a government REFUSES to do. But what do you expect when we have a Musslim and non citizen sitting the highest office in this nation. There are more states that feel the same way she does and I am praying they follow her lead. for the rest of the states, gets some balls and do what's right for the people and taxpayers of America!

Our country cannot asorb the financial burden placed on it by illegals, not to mention their gang involvement and crime. I for one am sick of it. NJ is in severe economic crisis due in part to provide services to people in this country illegally. It is also a severe threat to our security to have porus boarders. If the federal government is responsible for the borders then do your job. If you refuse to do it then you should be removed from office through the ballot box. If that fails you should be impeached for failing to support and uphold the constitution.

Currently, all law enforcement officers in the country, unless forbidden by management, are allowed to check on the immigration status of people they stop or arrest. This makes checking a requirement.
Police departments generally notify federal immigration officials when violent criminals who are illegal immigrants are being released from jail. SB 1070 makes it mandatory, and applies to low-grade offenders as well as violent felons
Sounds good to me !!!

I am tired of paying for social programs for illegals at the expense of us citizens. I am a democrat and am not going to be part of ruining this country so inept and corrupt members of my party can grant amnesty and create a new voting block for themselves.

Any law that undermines the Constitution or human rights undermines the US. More effective laws have been proposed, such as requiring the millions of illegals to legally register within 5 years & pay taxes owed or be deported. If you think INS responds to every cop who finds an illegal, think again -- unless they're from a "high risk target country", they only respond for major crimes, & sometimes not even then. Any solution must recognize that we're often dealing with people fleeing poverty or murder by their govt or drug cartels. Prejudice/racism must not be a factor.
