It is a fair law if you actually read the law. The problem will be making sure that law enforcement doesn't abuse power

That law isn't fair...How can they make a law that gives them the right to ask for someones citizenship papers if they are breaking the law. But if you pulled your head out of your ass then you would know that they all ready have that right. If you or me go to jail for breaking the law do you think that they only run a back ground check on you or me in madisonville, no they do a world wide check on us. I bet if you have a warrant out of Atlanta i bet they by the end of the day madisonville police department will know also... So that is why i believe it is racial profiling. I do agree that some thing needs to be done but i think that this law is unfair. It just gives a rogue cop the green light.

If you haven't broken the law and in no way resemble a Mexican you have nothing to worry about. :)

Mark Metcalfe would have to shut down since he would'nt have any Mexicans to do all the work.

They do everything we used to do as kids to make money.

You can't even go out and shovel snow without them stealing your work.

Lmao. U think madville cops are that good? I know of one that let a drunk driver go and never did a field test on him. He laughed and told me how drunk he was at the time. They got him on suspended license which if they ran his license then they would know he had three prior DUI and that's why his license was suspended. Warrant out of Atlanta? Yea they would get right on top of that one lmao

That just mean that he didn't do his job as a police office . That doesn't mean that the police don't have the technology to run a back ground check on someone and see if they are here legally . It because if they can't find any information on this person that broke the law and they can't prove that they are a U.S. citizen than send their ass back. But like i said it is RACIAL PROFILING.

They are ILLEGAL!!! It is very dangerous when a country starts letting a select group of people to break the law without any consequences.

I have no problem with the law, especially when you take into consideration that it is redundant and is nothing more than a law that enforces federal legislation.

Only if it were that simple. You have to understand that these people enter the country illegally and are breaking a federal law for one. Now if you broke a federal law, how easy do you think you'd get off?
You'd probably be tried to the fullest extent.

To earn my respect, simply go through the proper processes involved with earning citizenship.

Many of the people who tresspass into our nation, pay only sales taxes. No property tax. No income tax. No registration tax.

Do you think they pay for insurance- whether it may be for vehicles or health...No. If you are in an accident with one, do you think they are going to pay to have your vehicle repaired? No. Do you think they pay for the health care they receive at the hospital? No. People who pay for insurance pick up the tab.

Directed exclusively to Mexican immigrants, do you think they are making our country so grand? NO. Their country is TRASH, a complete toilet. It is practically a third world country. Have you seen how those burritos have desecrated our boarder? There is trash, feces, and God knows whatever else scoured all along the boarder. They come with the intention to break the law and to completely disregard the people that live here.

The Mexican's argue that we "stole" the land from them. In the course of history, land has been taken as a result of war. The Mexican's lost the Mexican-American War...if they want it back, they should try and lose again. Of course, they would still throw the pitiful "you stole our land" out at the bleeding hearts who listen. It was understood that the winner would be able to either A) Keep their land (Mexico) or B) Lose their land to the U.S. by both sides. It just so happened that history decided that choice B was the better.
