<quoted text> Your wife did it the hard way! Those stupid anglos have never secured their borders, so just about anyone can come in. And after 75 years of illegal immigration, they still haven't change their automatic citizen at birth laws! LOL!!! They cannot blame people for taking advantage of their own stupidity.
Illegals are being picked up everyday, but not fast enough to suit me. I can only wonder how it feels when a illegal sees those red lights flashing in the rear view mirror and they get pulled over.

Their lives as fake Americans is over.

<quoted text> Jerry Brown is wonderful, and so are all the people who voted for him! Soon the Dream Act will be the law of the land all over America.
The dream act will never past congress. The CA. dream act (they use the same name to confuse stupid people) will go on the ballot and California US citizens will vote on it.

28 Oct 2011

"LOS ANGELES (CBS)— A Southland celebration of the passage of the California Dream Act could be short-lived.

Union members, activists and college students came together at a labor hall in the Westlake district Thursday to celebrate the passage of the bill that gives children of illegal immigrants access to state college aid.

But even as supporters are claiming a political victory, one Pasadena group is already moving to repeal the measure.

The voters hope to collect enough signatures that could lead to a repeal of the controversial measure by putting the issue on the 2012 ballot.

“People want to sign this,” said state Assemblyman Tim Donnelly.“They’re coming up to petition gatherers and they’re saying,‘Do you have the Dream Act petition’?”

Donnelly, who is the author of the proposed ballot initiative, said the opposition isn’t just limited to local voters.

“All across the state, we can’t keep up with the demand, it is absolutely off the charts,” he added.

Labor leaders, however, were quick to voice their support for what critics have said is a financial giveaway at a time the state is in desperate need of cash flow.

“We stand with the young people to be able to have a right to higher education regardless of their immigration status,” said Maria Elena Durazo of the L.A. County Labor Federation.

Petitioners have already distributed over 100,000 petitions, Donnelly said. They need to collect over 500,000 signatures by Jan. 6 to get the initiative on the ballot."

Here's a guy who came back, maybe he shouldn't have. And committed murder. How stupid are these people, his life is over. At least he'll be getting free room and board and that's all Mexicans want, isn't it? If they don't kill him.

"The arrest of a suspect in the murder of a Frederick Burger King manager has ignited a debate in Frederick County about illegal immigration.

Mejia-Varela to be charged with March Burger King murder

The suspect arrested by police, 21-year-old Jose Reyes Mejia-Varela, is an illegal immigrant who had already been deported once before.

Federal criminal charges are pending against Mejia-Varela for illegally re-entering the country after having been deported as an aggravated felon, police say. He has also been charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery, first and second-degree assault and theft.

County Commissioner Blaine Young is proposing a package of rules to drive illegal immigrants out of Frederick County.

“What happened was this hit kind of close to home. So we kind of fast-tracked some of those initiatives we want to look at,” Young said.

He wants to strengthen an existing English-language ordinance, require businesses to use a government data base to verify employees’ status, prohibit the rental of homes and apartments to illegal immigrants and prohibit day-labor gathering sites.

“We should not be offering assistance to people that aren't here legally,” Young said.

Some Frederick residents share Young’s sentiment, but others argue the rules go too far.

“Bottom line, if you're an illegal immigrant, you're here illegally. You got to enforce the law,” said John Hardin.

“There’s absolutely a middle ground for finding a way to accept all who come to this country and adhere to our laws,” counters Chris Garcia.

Young predicts the proposals will become law.

“People have said Frederick is the (…) unfriendliest county in the state of Maryland when it comes to illegal aliens. We wear that as a badge of honor,” he said."

Stupid illegals, in the country illegally and still can't keep a low profile.

Man Charged In Death Of Woman Found Burning In Garage.

5 Nov 2011

"CHICAGO (WBBM)– A Criminal Court judge has denied bail to a Mexican immigrant accused of murdering his downstairs neighbor, and then setting the body afire in the garage behind the Andersonville apartment building in which they lived.

Prosecutor Melissa Kennedy did not indicate to Judge James Brown whether suspect Pedro Cruz engaged in an argument leading up to the murder of 55-year-old Maria Santiago early Thursday in Cruz’s third floor apartment at 5039 N. Clark St."

Some people want these people as citizens?

Judge orders immigrants removed from church

"The majority of the immigrants, including five children, were granted voluntary departure, which allows them to leave on their own recognizance.

"You'll have until Nov. 21 to leave the U.S.," Judge Pettinato told the group. "If you do not leave by that date there will be significant consequences."

"Judith Tadeo, 21, said she's losing hope that she will be able to remain in the country. Holding her 2-year-old son, she said she doesn't know what she'd do if her family had to return to Mexico."

Damn, Mexico is your country, you better think of something quick. No one told you to have children. Now you have to go to work feeding them.

Why are they crying, they'll be back in the country in a week, right?

Illegals just can't stop driving.

"An illegal alien from the Dominican Republic is being held on bail after he was pulled over for a routine traffic stop.

Emilio Jose Soto-Ayban faces charges including drug trafficking and furnishing a false name to police. He is being held at the Norfolk House of Correction on $250,000 cash bail.

Soto-Ayban was arrested Monday after he was pulled over as he exited Interstate 93 onto Route 28 in Randolph. Police said they found 102 grams of a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine in the driver’s seat.

Soto-Ayban initially gave police a different name, but during the booking process his fingerprints were sent to the FBI, which revealed he had been arrested on March 3 for illegally entering the United States, police said.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement is conducting its own investigation, police said."

This shows you how stupid illegals are. This guy has himself and his girlfriend's picture on his fake driver license.

You have to be pretty clueless to put you and your girlfriend's photo on your driver's license. Thanks to their new law, police officers in Arizona could now report this guy to ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) to get him deported. In other states, their have to turn a blind eye."

"Suspected accomplices charged with robbery in Walmart stabbing death"

Illegal alien farm workers. If New York had Alabama's law these guys would have left the state.

November 9, 2011

"Two men who were with the suspect in the Oct. 30 Walmart parking lot stabbing death of an Albion artist have been charged in connection with the incident, Orleans County authorities said today.

Jose Torrez-Gonzales, 28, and Marcos Gomez-Perez, 21, both illegal immigrants from MEXICO believed to have been working on farms, were arrested this morning at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Federal Detention Facility in Batavia where they had been held since being taken into custody a couple hours after the stabbing.

Both men were charged with first-degree attempted robbery and fourth-degree conspiracy. They were arraigned before Town of Albion Justice K.J. Howard who set bail at $10,000 cash each.

They were both committed in lieu of bail to the Orleans County Jail. Immigration officials placed detainers against both men, which means if they were able to make bail, they would be placed back into federal custody.

Kathleen Byham, 45, had just purchased some cheese and bath products from the Walmart Supercenter in Albion on the evening of Oct. 30, and was headed to her car in the parking lot when Luis Rodriguez-Flamenco, 24, an illegal immigrant from Honduras, tried to carjack her, investigators say. He is accused of stabbing Byham several times and taking her car keys, but fled on foot before being captured a couple hours later.

Rodriguez-Flamenco was charged with second-degree murder in Byham's death. Authorities said he confessed to the slaying.

Sheriff's investigators believe Torrez-Gonzales and Gomez-Perez were with Rodriguez-Flamenco at the time of the carjacking attempt but did not ever touch Byham. When they were located on the night of the stabbing, they were handed over to the custody of federal immigration officials because they were in the U.S. illegally.

As the investigation progressed, Orleans County authorities decided to charge them in connection with the robbery.

"The initial focus was the homicide," explained Sheriff's Investigator Corey Black. "We knew where those individuals [Torrez-Gonzales and Gomez-Perez] were. They were secured. The investigation progressed. We now feel we have probably cause to charge them with conspiracy and attempted robbery."

Even Indians don't want illegal aliens.

"SANTA FE – A mobile home community operated by Tesuque Pueblo is requiring that all residents show proof they are in the United States legally – a move that may send many people looking for a new home.

The pueblo notified residents of the Tesuque Trailer Village in a letter dated Oct. 17 that they must sign new rental contracts and provide the manager with information including vehicles, pets, number of occupants, and “Proof of Legal Residency: A copy of a document that shows Legal Residency status of the Permittee must be provided.” Examples of acceptable proof include a U.S. birth certificate, passport or immigration document, the letter says."

"Under New Mexico state law, undocumented immigrants do not have to show they are legally in the U.S. to rent housing — or attend public schools and get basic utilities such as water and sewer.

Phone calls and emails to Tesuque Pueblo officials seeking clarification of the policy were not returned Monday.

Because Tesuque Pueblo is a sovereign nation, however, several city, state and federal officials said the tribe is entitled to change policies with the approval of its Tribal Council and governor."

Pinoys lobbying to stop deportation of dental assistant.

"Filipinos in the United States, through an online petition, are lobbying to stop the deportation of 31-year-old Jose Isabelo Librojo who has been an undocumented immigrant since 1995 when he was only 15 years old.

Librojo, who resides in San Francisco, California, is facing deportation as the United States’ Department of Homeland Security (DHS) blocked his bid to secure permanent residency.

Librojo is scheduled to be deported to the Philippines on Saturday.

The petition to stop Librojo's deportation has gathered over 3,000 signatures and a number of testimonies and sympathetic messages as of Tuesday.

His supporters are seeking to gather 5,000 signatures for Librojo.

According to the petition, Librojo—a resident of San Francisco—“has been approved for an I-140 immigrant visa, which will allow him to adjust his status and become a permanent resident [or] green card holder."

However, the template letter attached to the petition said Librojo “received a bag and baggage letter" from DHS in June, saying he was to leave the US on Aug. 2.

The government unit has since refused to reopen his case, which puts a halt to his 10-year battle for permanent residency."
