With the poor handling of the "financial meltdown" the governmen has shown that they do not know how to develop effective legislation

I like my current Health Care Provider. Our Government cannot fund Medicare, SSI, and many other programs properly. What makes Congress think that they can fund Health Care.

I have no faith in this administration to run anything properly.

It's the worst piece of legislation in the history of the USA. Too much government control and too much debt.

Considering the governments track record I don't think they should be involved with my health care. I have trust issues with them.

LOL worst piece of legislation in the history of the USA. that's an incredibly rash and poorly thought out claim that you obviously cannot support with any type of fact or evidence. you don't even KNOW all of the pieces of legislation that haven happened in the history of the country, so how can you even begin to make that ridiculous claim? explain to me how the "big bad government" is going to take control of your life because they provide insurance to those who do not otherwise have it. are you more comfortable with the private sector having control over your life and health? the goal of the private insurers is to charge you as much money as possible and give you the least possible amount of care in order to boost their own profits. you're more comfortable with that? 1.5 million American families foreclose on their homes every year because of health care costs when they were either dropped or denied coverage by their private insurers, or simply did not have health insurance. we are the richest country in the world, and the only western industrialized country that still hasn't figured it out.

No. With Obamacare, the federal government is mandating that we purchase a service, and therefore violates the commerce clause of our Constitution.
