I do not approve as I do not trust what the government is doing. Yes I did vote for Pres Obama but I DO NOT WANT a government run health care. The government is already sticking their business into allot. I do not trust the Democratic Congress I wish we could vote all of them out.

I'm satisfied with what I have now, but , i see alot of people that don't have any coverage and that have serious health problems that the insurance co. will not even cover .
Also there is a serious problem with the greed that employers treat their workers , for instance , I have a cousin that worked for this company which had alot of employees , yet , no insurance coverage for any of the workers . they had coverage for family and themselves but non for employees that had been with them for many years .
You can argue that the workers should've bought their own ins., but not being able to afford it on their earnings is a big problem .
That is why i support pres. Obama's plan .

I do not support Obama's plan because it will decide for the needy what they need. Especially for senior citizens that in their golden years need the best medical attention. I have lost both my parents and I took care of them. They did not have the best doctors and the insurance companies only covered certain illnesses. This will only get worse with Obama's plan.

I think that the scare tactics that are being used by the people that are for the ins. co . are the thing that is hurting Obama's plan , I think that the guy is serious about helping out the needy more than anything . These people that are against Obama are just making things out like the death panels , not being able to go to your own dr., etc . etc. Like i said before , I'm satisfied with what i have and if i haveto pay more in taxes to see that this thing works , i'll be glad to pay . I remember in the bible the passage about the "good samaritan" , where a man lays on the side of the road and a lot of rich and poor people just look at him and passes him by . then , this man comes by and picks him up and takes him to the inn and tells the innkeeper to take care of the sick man and gives him money for his care , and promises that when he returns from his trip he will pay him any extra money for the care that he gave to the sick man .

Someday , that "man" is coming back to town and he's going to ask you and me how much he owes us for the help that we gave to the sick and the needy . what will your respond be ? I know what mine is..........

Not that insurance companies don't have their negatives, however they administer the private employers request for benefits. It's the hospitals, drug industry, medical equipment industry, etc that is driving up health care cost and no on is talking about this as causative factor in driving up health care cost in the debate.

Support it! It is financially irresponsible to not support some form of Healthcare reform proposed by the President. The status quo cannot continue, it is too ineffective and costly.

If all of the reforms are made, economic gains in a more efficient healthcare system would yield enormous returns, especially to small and big business. Imagine if small businesses could have employees purchase a decently priced plan with an affordable premium! Imagine how many balance sheets would increase if you didn’t have to provide healthcare insurance for employees! Expenses down, cash flow up – hmm what am I going to do with extra cash, hire another person or buy new equipment – either way its stimulating.

The Healthcare industry is too bloated and inflated to correct itself, it’s myriad lobbyist have seen to that.

i don't have health ins. wish i could afford it but i can't. i could probably get on welfare but do not feel that i deserve to. if ins was just a tad bit more affordable than i would have it for myself and my family. i honestly have no clue what obamas plan is but if it makes it where i can afford health care then im all for it. :)

Healthcare is being driven up by the medical equipment sale being done on medicare/medicaid recipients that don't really need such things as electric wheelchairs , hosp. beds for the home , bedside comodes , pumps to aid sexual performance , walkers etc.,etc....... Now , what really burns me up is when your dr. sends you to have x-rays done on your chest or anywhere on your body and then he tells you that there is nothing wrong , everything looks good , but , later you get a bill from another dr. for reading the x-rays that your dr. already o.k.ed ! I tell you healthcare really needs revamping !

Medicare will ! My mom is on medicare and her dr. recommended an electric wheelchair because of her age and condition , she's 72 years old and can still tend her flowers and chores inside the house . The dr. put in an application for the w/chair and sure nuff it was delivered to my mom ! She turned it down and changed dr. She's still walking and humming along !

I will never understand people , First you gripe about having healthcare being out of control , everything costing more every year on health , insurance premiums , dr. visits , hosp. stays , meds., etc., yet , nobody wants the gov. to intervene to stop this raping of America by the Ins. giants which are stealing the American citizens blind by the minute !
It is clear that the American citizens don't know how to stop this raping . It is also clear how we can be manipulated by the media that has these talking-heads that are getting paid by the ins. giants to incite hatred and revolt in us .
I feel so sorry for the American people that are being used by these ogres that make us think that they are looking out for us , and all the time they're looking out for themselves . People of America , OUR IGNORANCE is showing !!!! I have never seen what is happening today in America happen before ! I have never seen a Pres. of the U.S. being hated and abused by a certain media as this pres. in such a little time , even when he wasn,t even in office . He gets no respect , even the swearing-in ceremony was trying to make him look bad !
Wake up people ! Give OUR pres. a chance to prove himself.......After all, if he fails , we can vote him out .

Yes, we need health care reform. However it goes well beyond having universal health care. We need tort reform, instead of having redeculous amounts awarded for punitive damages there should be a limit of $2 millon. Next get governmnet and business out of paying for health care. If people bought their own insurance they would shop for the best deal. To do this we must let the insunrce companies sell insurance across state lines, make them cover pre-existing conditions. We do have the companies that we work for pay for our car insurance, or home owners insurace, why should they pay for our health insurance? When you make decions on what you pay for and how much then compition enters and prices come down. When you let others make decions for you then you MUST accept what they deceide and you loose the ability to do what is best for you.

Well can you say we're doing very good with capitalism ?

Remember that all the debts that we incurred was under the last pres.. All the firms that went under were during pres. Bush's watch . All the CEO's that got the billions in benefits were CAPITALISTS !

CAPITALISM = an economic system in which the means of production and distribution ARE PRIVATELY OWNED AND OPERATED FOR PROFIT .

Daily Horoscope for December 15

Pisces

This is a great day for understanding what's going on under the surface of things and for tuning into the subtle messages that others are sending out. For instance, someone may say one thing yet you'll be utterly convinced that they really mean something quite different. However, they won't like it if you say so, so you'll have to maintain a tactful and discreet silence.
