I do not like the underlying additions that Congress adds to these bills. Create a bill without being so restrictive and one where language is added that is not disclosed in discussions to the public. People forget that you cannot have added benefits without a cost. Those who have strived to succeed should not be penalized by those who have no ambition or iniative other than to work the system. I think everyone on unemployment and welfare should have to take random drug tests before receiving their benefits. Or, else make illegal drugs legal in order to tax those who use them. We could again become a very rich country if we taxed those who abuse our system so often and quit trying to tax and destroy those who are honest and hardworking.
