It's not Obama's bill, it's Nancy Pelosi's and Harry Ried's bill, he just gets to sign it. Yes or No I don't rember a chair filled in the Senate Finance Committee with Obama's staff sitting in it. Or were they in the back smoke filled rooms were the deals are made?
