Too many lies. Every attorney I know, even the liberal ones, say the bill is a convoluted mess that they couldn't responsibly allow any client to sign off on.

The man who promised to unite our country and assured a transparent government dissapoints me.

This is a tough issue and I applaud President Obama for even tackling this issue. There are going to be individuals out there who will be negative regardless but life goes on.

He thinks it can been made MADATORY just like auto insurance.
DO WHAT?? When people can NOT afford auto insurance - they can use alternative transportation - what alternative is there for lack of funds for health insurance? Less milk and food for the kids?

It seems as though everyone is missing the big picture here. This healthcare issue will not benefit some like it will benefit others. At least there is someone that is not afraid to take on this huge issue, knowing the flack they will receive in return. It amazes me when people who don't give a rats arse about stuff want to have an opinion on crap that they didn't complain about before.

It is going to take more than him to pass this reform and everyone just needs to step back and quit whining about the small crap.

At least he is trying, that is more than I can sy for the previous administration. For those of you who want to call him a liar so fast....where the heck were you when the lie about WMDs were discovered. You sat there and took it because it would have been out of your realm of reality to say ANYTHING against Bush. Give me a break. If you didn't complain then, shut the heck up now.

As with everything in life, everything is not going to benefit all concerned. Instead of being so selfish, understand that there are individuals that really need this healthcare reform and if there is something in it that benefits you then so be it but don't blame the messenger when all they are trying to do is be helpful and give everyone a fair playing filed.

There are good things about the bill both democratic and republican that can be helpful and useful. Those things should be combined to make a reform bill that will work for almost....I said almost everyone. No matter what happens, everyone is not going to be satisfied and no matter what happens, there is going to be someone who will have something negative to say no matter what. That is just the way it is.

Government is slowly taking away our freedoms. In order for there to be true growth, there most be true freedom.

I have a terrible sympathy for those dependent on government public schools? Why would I want the same to happen to health care.

Only the very wealthy will have options and very delicate and personal health decisions will be placed in the hands of paper pushers who have never had a real job in their lives.

No way!

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Libra

You're full of empathy and affection today, so it would be a shame not to spread it around. It's a marvellous day for a low-key get-together with some of the people you haven't seen during the past few days, because you'll enjoy having a good chat about what's been happening. Once your social duties are out of the way you'll love curling up on the sofa with a good book or a favourite film.
