I have lived under and have been exposed to socialized health care in Sweden with all the waiting and rationing. I do not see to many Americans leaving the United States to get health care outside our borders.

Cost too much money and will put the US into deeper debt. Will punish those that don't participate which is intolerable. The plan would result in shortages of doctors, rationing of care and I don't like the additional government interference in our medical business.

It is hard for Democrats from other States to understand that Calif. democrats don't really care what happens to our Seniors or our children. That is particularly chilling to those who esteem the Party's values and traditions.

And, terrifying to those who care about what all of this massive debt will do to their grandchildren's future.

The gov't can run anything well (eg Medicare, Social security) without it going broke and I am fed up with Obama and the Demos socialistic ways...or Marxist would be almost as appropriate.

Fortunately for Rancho Mirages' Barbara Boxer, we are the first generation of Calif. Democrats who support destroying our State and crippling any attempt at assuring a decent future for our kids.

Oh Yeah. California Democrats have used their majority to ruin the State. California Democrats are every bit as pathetic as citizens in the proud American States have come to realize.

I am opposed to continuing with the status quo.I know that the work our democratic senators are engaged in will still be a step in the right direction even if they drop the public option of which I also opposed to.

Barbara Boxer just voted to advance the Health Care Bill and send it to arbitration.

State Democrats are thrilled. Our deficit ridden State will be further crushed under the billions in additional unfunded Medicaid expenses and the health services will be ifor all Californian's, especially our Seniors.

This coupled with the highest unemployment numbers in modern history and the thousands of businesses which are fleeing California for more business friendly States should hasten the State Dems embrace of a hopeless Third World future for California citizens and their families.

In fairness, our Seniors will face the brunt of the hardship on the Bill and are making a huge life threatening sacrifices in service to the State Party's Dream of a Marxist/Socialist future defined by insolvency, hardship, and rationing.

Daily Horoscope for January 8

Leo

Why are you still fighting, Leo? Everyone else went home a long time ago, but you're still here pounding your fists on the table. Although you don't want to admit it, accepting defeat may be your most practical option at this point. Sometimes it's just easier to move on than to keep up the fight. When you're forced to restructure, at least you have a chance to redefine. YouÕl get the opportunity to start with a clean slate, so use it to your advantage.
