As long as the public option is included and as long as there is no requirement to prove citizenship for coverage absoulutely no. We can pass portability of insurance and preexisting conditions coverage and make coverage available to all no matter what state you live in to open up competition.

I just visited a Website that helps seniors and the disabled send messages to our legislators asking them to oppose cuts to my Medicare program, called Medicare Advantage. Please join me in supporting efforts to protect Medicare Advantage because this Medicare coverage is important to me and I would appreciate your help. Simply visit http://www.humanapartners.com . The Website makes it quick and easy to ask Congress to oppose funding cuts. You may also call this toll free number.(877) 698-9228.

P.S.-You do not have to be a member of Humana to edit a letter to Congress. Just visit the site or call the number. Thanks,

Won't work. Look at any other government run program. USPS for instance.

All one has to do is look at the quality of health care and the cost to taxpayers(no matter what pretty picture these socialists try to portray the resulting mediocrity has to be payed for)in countries where socialized medicine exists. Why is it that the ones who can afford it come to the U.S.for care from those same countries?

This is socialism straight up!! There is nothing in the constitution that mandates the government provide medical insurance coverage!!

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Scorpio

A loved one is extremely upset today, and you'll soon know all about it. Things are out of proportion, so a minor hitch becomes a huge drama that means you've got to drop everything in order to calm them down. Hey ho. At least it won't last long. If you're doing some last-minute Christmas shopping, you won't have as much patience as usual and nor will anyone else.
