These proposals amount to nothing more than an unconstitutional expansion of government power. There is no "health care system". There are individual citizens (doctors, hospitals, nurses etc) providing a service (medical care) to other individual citizens. No one has the right to another's labor...that's called slavery...therefore, healthcare is not a right.

I say simply this. If the people and or government really care about making it so that all people can get health insurance if they want it no matter if they have money or not then there should be one small agency that processes simple reguest forms filled out by the care provider on behalf of the care reciever. The agency then picks up the tab. If I am not mystaking this happens anyway. It is done by many differant ways and many differnment government and private agencies. but it is almost always done. Have this small new agency simply pick up the slack. Have it so a person can recieve their help with buying Health Insurance just by themselve filling out some paper work. Have the agency utilize all the current Health Insirance Companies just like an insurance broker does. This would be easier, cheaper, and much more sincere and direct. insurance by many more smaller and or larger gocernment and private agencies health insurance and best care possible

It will cost too much for our deficit ridden economy. It will not drive down costs because the govt. is running it. It will ration care because of the additional amount of people added to the health system. I will allow illegal immigrants to soak up another benefit that they should not be entitled to.
