Just like nearly everything else that has been done by this administration, it only helps a select few, costs morethen it's worth, isn't what the masses of true Americans want, and attemots to replace a working system that would be nearly perfect with a few non-political changes. Further, the proposed system is just another step toward an unwanted totalitarian socialist government.
