As the richest country on the Earth, we should be ashamed that we do not offer universal health care, like most other advanced countries...

We can not afford to insure 40,000,000 people when the nat debt is 1.4 trillion dollars for this yr. alone. Just do something about tort reform, and it will biring down health costs.
