What is Obama doing? He has no right to ignore what we the people are saying. We are no longer a free nation. We are an Obama nation. I thing we impeached Nixon for what I think is a lesser ac tion than what Obama has done. I don't think he can lower insurance premiums enough that I can afford it. I guess if I pay insurance I will send him my electric bill or mortgage to pay. And speaking of mothers. My mother is 83 years old. She gets 1150. a month ss. That is her total income. She pays 328. a month for supplement insurance. That is a priority for her. She has yet to have to pay one dr. or hospital bill. Even when my father was dying of cancer, it did not cost them one penny out of their pocket. I think about the things she could do with that money, but as she says "it is important" because she can't afford to pay a bunch of doctor bills and does not want her children to be held responsible. I am sorry about your mother, however there are answers without turning into a tyrant and taking our constitutional rights away.

Looking at their figures with 47thousand a year dying because they have no insurance which is a dubious claim and looking at the 90thousand plus a year that die every year from prescription drugs It would seem your odds are better of remaining alive if you are uninsured.

It helps poor people who would normally not have access to health care of any kind get medical attention. Who cares if you have to wait 30 more minutes to get your well visit if it means that poor almost dead people get to live? Human life is more important than upper class comfort.
