Our government has never been able to run anything,except to run it into the ground and make it go broke, They overspend as a habit and should be made to live on a scrict budget It would be much different if they were spending thier own money Ill bet

government run health care, middle income paying our insurance plus other, could go on an on and on.

They should hire the Minot City Council, City Planners, City Engineers and Mayor. Those morons are GREAT at wasting taxpayer money. They would fit right in the Obama administration...
