I am an RN and I oppose any reforms that might come from this administration. They are a bunch of crooks. Refore malpractice, tort reform...that'll drop the price dramatically.

I strongly support health care reform. I vastly prefer a single payer system as the best way to control the ever-increasing costs of our current health care system. However,a strong public option should begin to insure that there is real competition in the health care marketplace. Such an option should provide a stronger incentive for the insurance industry to hold down costs. It is essential to the welfare of the American people who according to most polls favor such an option. Moreover,it should also help to ensure a much more vibrant competitive American economy in the world marketplace.

The Declaration of Independence guarantees us "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" - NOT taxpayer-furnished, mandatory, health insurance. And the U. S. Constitution provides NO basis, no matter how far the stretch, for forcing its citizens to pay for government-funded and government-run healthcare as a replacement of what we already have.
