The US has the highest cost and some of the worst health care among the first world countries. Nearly anything would be an improvement.

Of course not. The loss of freedoms and the private sector would be terrible. People only support it because they expect something for free. It will never be free. Your always paying, especially in taxes, and future generations. President Obama has already spent more money then our last three presidents combined, and he has only been in office one year. Scary.
