Health care is not a necessity and should not be required in a democratic society. Jobs are a necessity. Companies who layoff workers should pay higher taxes.

Both are going bankrupt. No one can live on SS alone. I'd rather be responsible for my own health insurance by doing research and shopping around before I'd take Medicare. That's just my preference.
