I don't totally oppose Obama's 'socialist' health care policies, since, after all Japan is Socialist (at least partly), and THEY live longer and spend less on health care -have lower breast cancer rates, etc. However, Mr. Obama and his congress are spending more in one term than about all other administrations COMBINES -thus heading us to bankruptcy. No thanks. Usless trivia: A Hannity call screener screened out this question -either she thought it was too tough -or she was was offended at my pro-life pro-Schiavo comment -or both. (Or maybe she's just weird. LOL) I did, however, almost win my court case to save Terri's life -I did better than Jeb Bush in this regard, so this call screener's got some problems. Google my name if you don't believe me in re Terri.

Eh? I was not signed in here in that last comment --- Let me clarify: I don't support Obama's tax-N-spend policies, but I have to be honest about the big picture.

I meant "COMBINED" above - typo --LOL

Maybe if the bill was made available to the public for 48hrs, as obama promised, and I had time to review it, possibly I could support it.

But as it is, no way without seeing it.

This time, maybe I can sign beat down the computer and sign in like I'm supposed to when I post ... OK, let's try again!

Yes... I would agree here, but there's another thing to consider:

Even if the bill itself is good, do you trust the government that it empowers?

Since I'm a conservative, it is to be expected that I side more often with Republicans than Democrats, but this recent batch are all pretty much evil, I think.

THINK about it: While we 'conservatives' make fun of DEMOCRATS for not taking the same healthcare plan they would foise on us:

www.YouTube.com/watch...

However, really when's the last time you seen a REPUBLICAN take the plan for THEM selves that THEY are putting on us?(A bunch of viper snakes tham all.) Well, I take that back -I read about one Democrat Representative somewhere who refused the healthcare package that came with his job, but I forget this dude's name, yet he deserves credit all the same.)

OK, that said, the Republicans are almost as afraid of questions as the democrats -almost, but not quite:

Hannity was somewhat liberal in one response, in his support for a pirice-gouging tuition tax increase of like 10-fold, but he's still usually not afraid to TRY an answer me. His strange call-screener used to be a team player, but if late, she's chickened out:

www.youtube.com/watch...

and even Republicans are in the hole nowdays. All bad, now days anymore, I say -liberals they are -tax us to death, they will. Talk like YODA, I do!

Everyone supports healthcare reform.

Anyone who supports this bill, just because it is called healthcare reform, without considering it, is a fool.

This is correct -and demonstrates the logic behind the assertion that representatives and senators SHOULD NOT vote on *any* bill that they have not read.

Or, does it not say one place: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

And, another saying is "spell 'assume'."

'Answer: a-s-s-u-m-e, and is a senator "assumes" to know what's in thw bill without reading it, he makes and ASS-of-U-and-ME.

LASTLY, Mr. Watts videos above -both the conservative one and the liberal -anti-Hannity one, are quite good.

Although I do think it would 'normally' be hypocritical for him to push one plan on us and then insist he, himself, have a 'special' plan, since he *is* the president, I think perhaps an exception could be made -an exception that should *not* be made for, say, a congressperson or senator.

However, if he made such a promise, then I expect him to keep it -or apoligize for lying.

WHERE did he make such a promise? And WHEN? Can you cite your spurces, please?
