I do not feel that the goverment which did not run cash for clunker successfully, loses million running medicare with fraud, can possible take on my health care when that are not willing to op into to the program themselves. I only see the trading of program to buy vote to attempt to get it through congress. Both party are the blame for this. Cap and trade is another issue. They have made themselves above the voters and constitution. J.D.
