no, absolutely not. his plan can only throw the whole system out of balance. there are not enough doctors and nurses to take on an increased work load. the mix in medical school is now 53% female , 47% male. men practice on average 31 years while womwn practice 24 years. this in itself creates a shortage in the future. burn-out must also be accounted for with this increased work load. the problem is a catch 22.
