I support the President's health care plan as I see it as "strong" and I applaud him for his courage to stand firm.

Peggy, get back in the kitchen. The only thing strong about Obaba's destructive plans for our nation is the odor of corruption.

He will put more people out of work than anyman in history of the usa. He will also kill more people by a gov run health plan. We have the best health care system in the world and it cost money to have it. this country need to drop all of the gov progams. this country was founded by hard work people and we have seam to forgot that. Gov was ment to protect the boards of this country not run the country.

We could all afford insurance if the hospitals and doctors would modify their priorities and get back to the best care for people instead of the fanciest hospital or office. Please tell me who pays for all of the private rooms, the carpeting, the cost of heat and air conditioning for the cathedral ceilings, the matching bedspreads and curtains, the telephone, internet connections,Televisions, founta ins and pools in front, glass elevators, fancy entranceways?THe high wall of windows that only professionals can clean. The insurance companies of course. I have been nursing sence 1981,and the things that hospitals get by with makes me sick. When started nursing the rooms were all double or wards. If you wanted a private room,if your diagnosis did not require it,YOU paid extra for it. Want a T.V. or phone,YOU paid for it. The buildings were plain simple brick buildings with tile floors, simple windows, and the rooms were not places to vacation at, THe entrance way was a simple drive up to a coupola with double doors,THere were no fancy flower bouquest with matching paintings. The receptionist had a small booth in a small loby. The hospitals did NOT own the doctors, they only had privledges to work there, When hospitals own doctors practices, that is one heck of a conflict of interest, and sure used to be iligal. Now they own doctors, real estate, surgery centers they own the whole pot so they can get by with charging the max, My own doctor is not owned by anyone, He has a simple brick building,a simple waiting room and 2 examining rooms. And that is why I use him. He is not trying to rob his patients, All hospitals and doctors really need is the best doctors, nurses, the latest in technology and procedures, and a clean enviorment. Please tell me how carpeting can be easier or as clean as plain old tile floors. All the fancy extras do not make up for that,
America is a place for the rich now,and Obama and the wealthy need to get in touch with the real world, before it is too late. This whole insurance thing could be solved by just an old fashioned moather or grandma trying to make ends meet. Go back to simple, leave the rich to pay for what they get, instead of all of the rest of us having to pay high health care charges because of their wants and desires. I can sure do with out it or pay for what I want, the insurance companies should not be responsible for luxuries, not only our insurance companaies and paying for it,but think of all the taxpayers who are paying for welfare patients to have thses same luxurious rooms with all the frills. They SHOULD get as good of medical care as anywone else,I am just trying to say that anyone wants the bells and whistles should have to pay for it themself,

The U.S has the best standard of care in the world. We need not destroy our system to correct its problems. Start with tort reform and get the sleazy lawyer costs out of it!

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Taurus

Try to keep your energy a little bit more under control. If you scatter in all directions, you'll end up hot and bothered. Mars tends to rev up your engine, but an awkward aspect to Saturn will make everything go in stops and starts. As soon as you try to shift into higher gear you meet immovable objects at the moment, so the solution is to slow down. There are wonderful, uplifting influences hanging around as well as tricky ones, so just hang in there.
