I don't believe the government needs more to oversee. They're over a trillion dollars in debt, and do a very poor job making anything profitable.

I agree, this government has shown us they really can't manage or fix anything, what they should be focosed on is the economy and helping the private sector.

I have not seen any proof of the governments ability to manage anything economically and to the benefit of people who work actually for a living. Though they do seem to take care of themselves pretty well. Will congress be using the "public option"?

Our system is fatalily flawed. Our costs are double and our outcomes poorer than others in the G20.
Reform with universal coverage/one risk pool is the right thing to do, economically and socially .

How do you know reforming (completely changing) is the right thing to do? How in the H can it be economically? and why should we give people another reason not to work, socially? If I need or if anyone needs medical care, and had a choice of countries, I'm staying right here in USA. You can go to Cuba where it's socially good medicine.
