I agree Andy, we need to fix healthcare, not Cubanize it. The last thing we need is a Government in charge of it.

The whole thing is a red herring. If it were REALLY about health care reform, then two things can be done IMMEDIATELY. 1) Allow health insurance to be sold across state lines like Auto Insurance and 2) T O R T - R E F O R M !!!!!!!!

Make insurance mandatory, and solve 50% of the problem. One line legislation.

We can't afford it. Our children and grandchildren will be paying for the trillions of debt this health care system will add. If it doesn't, it will because they reduced or eliminated heath care to those who need it....Medicare & the elderly. What we need is competition in the system and this eliminates it. Provide a savings plan system and you will reduce health care costs by 20% immediately by taking out the insurance company and by providing needed competition.
