The question or the proposals are too vague? The proposals (there is more than one) run over 200 pages each and are very detailed. Please explain?

Vague may be a bad word. How does one characterise something that is so voluminous and buried in hundreds of pages of legalese that few will mount the effort to read it. Let alone understand it. Sections of this will be in the courts for years as suit after suit attempts to unravel the mess. GOT to be a better way.

The plan the president talks about must be his own because it does not match the bills in congress except that he has not plan to show us so how can we support it. Also, he is either not telling the truth or is terrible at math

When you are elected President of the U.S. and the media promotes you to God of the U.S., you are no longer required to do your math homework, nor, apparently, are you required to tell the truth.

We must watch these left wing nuts in our government. If not, say goodbye to our rights to freedom and to defend ourselves.

Streamline and improve the current system. Govt cant even make medicare and Social Security work efficiently and profitably...how would they make nationalized healthcare work? No Way!!My family endures the tyranny and inefficiency of socialized healthcare in Australia. And now, to compensate for its inadequacies, they also have to pay premiums for another layer of private medical coverage! Their taxes are extrememly higher than ours to pay for a corrupt and bureaucratic excuse for healthcare!!

we are first in the world for health care cost by seven times. we are thirty seventh in the world for health care of our citizens. we are dead last in the world for preventing preventable illness. I challenge any citizen to read there health care contract and accurately predict what care they will receive if any and how much of the bill will be covered if they get sick. You can pay for forty years get sick and get zero coverage. Insurance at one time paid out ninety cents on a dollar for care, today it is under seventy five cents and going down. thank god for ultra rich health care officials. Where would we spend our money. to top it off real wages for the middle class has gone down since the seventies while the ultra rich have increased there wealth by two thirds. Great country for the rich. Health care reform with a strong public option. YES YES YES YES

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Pisces

You're capable of making some very constructive and important decisions today, particularly where your relations with certain people are concerned. If you're fed up with the way someone has been treating you, you might now decide that the worm is about to turn and you're going to be much firmer about what you're prepared to put up with and what you won't tolerate.
