It is awful that people can not get primary care and as a result suffer more than others. cost = loss of work. Undiagnosed illness leads to death. If I did not have insurance I would be dead now. The same is true for my brother both of us have survived cancer.

Obamas proposals DO NOT ADDRESS ANY SAVINGS in the health care industry. Instead, his plan merely seeks to create a socialist single payer system. Meanwhile he continues to waste trillions of dollars on other initiatives. He and the Democrat Congress, will get their comeuppance in 2010, when the Republicans regain control of Congress.

Cannot afford it. Congress should do health care reform which makes sense and in steps. First prove savings in Medicare, etc. Implement National Med Database to save. Allow across State Lines and Cap Tort Litagation.

The government should not be managing our health care. They should be concerned with upholding the Constitution of the United States and work on editing the FED.

I do not wish to fund abortion from my taxes and I do not believe they are going to omit that from their program; Obama seems very determined, along with Speaker Pelosi, to force this issue on pro-life Americans, as well as medical personnel who will object to the procedures by reason of moral conscience.
