The Health Care is not a Constitutionally guaranteed right. The General Welfare clause in the Preamble of the Constitution refers to Article I, Section 8, which lists all of the duties the Federal Government is Legally allowed to do. Health Care is NOT ONE of those duties.

I agree with P J O'Rourke's comment about health care. Besides "healthcare" reform is not about health care its about CONTROL.
That is CONTROLLING every aspect of our lives.
