I support this to get rid of the damn preexisting conditions clauses and to reduce and equalize prices so many of my friends and family can get insurance that have done without for so long.

Wished it had a public option or was a single payer, because I am taking care of a man with cancer who was fired from his job 7 weeks after he was told he had this deadly disease, which put him on cobra at $1000,00 a month and very high out of pocket fees over a year ago. This is not a perfect health care bill but it is a start. If you knew what I know you would be not only in support of the health care system in 2014 but you would be crying for it to start much sooner. I had considered moving to Canada 4 years ago and I wished I had of. Instead I moved to Mississippi which is a state I will tell everyone to stay out of! Your talking to some one that has lived across the U.S from coast to coast and has lived in many states in-between.
well just load up your station wagon and get on out of here, why you still here if you dont like it, move to canada? your a real american arent you

Healthcare.... Now alot of industrial workers hired in after 2009 only have available catastrophic plans.. Catastrophic key word here.. Family of 4...We paying out over $12,000 a year just for insurance they can't benefit from.. May see a doctor 3-4 times a year (kids only) i havent seen a dr in 9 yrs:::and even then don't meet the deductible and no where near out pocket expenses... NOW as part of eligibly requirements, company says working spouse must obtain medical insurance if their empl offers it and pays any percentage toward it.. Wth? As of the last 2yrs we always just over the limit by $100-$200 to get assistance in any way.. It would be cheaper for me to quit work, draw all these govt benefits, be at home with my family daily than to add another $6000 a year for more insurance considering I work 9 months out the yr for a govt program, for 11,000 annually(yeah that says alot) I don't get to use or will me or my family benefit from unless something catastrophic happens... We try moving forward but this is pushing us backwards along with millions of other Americans.. Just infuriates me.. Now I get to decide which is more beneficial... Idk stressed to the max like everyone else.. I don't want a handout but if If we gonna have to pay out that kinda money for ins.. We just need to cancel pay the penalty tax and put the rest in savings..
