We will be healthy and live longer. The stress saved alone will improve health. If you make the money, use it. If not, you have a safety net so you will not die or go broke to live. If we put enough gov't support behind this we will come out with an industry that can sell worldwide. Obama's plan paves the way for the type of gov't support that led us to semiconductors, the internet, and the list goes on. Who needs a VC when the gov't will foot the R&D bill and then support growth with contracts, again. This model works for everyone. We will not be wasting our taxes, we will be investing in our health, economy and each other. Get on board people, don't be so afraid of the future! Besides, I would rather be riding the wave than sitting on the beach.

Everything the government controls ends up badly, why would this be any different?
Time for Obama to move on and start being productive, stop trying to be a movie star.
