Why? The 2nd Amendment doesn't say anything about psychiatric evaluations.
More people die annually in the US as a result of automobile incidents. So are you proposing that people should pass psychiatric evaluations for having cars?

Children not hunt!?? I loved hunting as a child and it helped teach me to respect a gun!! Leave our guns alone
