Only gun laws that need to be change is the ones that the Feds giving too and letting come over the Mexico line.
We have the right to bear arms and we shouldn't need to pay for a permit to do so, safety class only.
We should follow Switzerland were everyone has firearms and the whole family learns to shoot, very low crime rate if any at all.

Remember the attempt by the Sheriff's office to put gun/shooting range laws into effect? Remember what Commissioner stood up alone and protested ending the issue? Remember that when it is time to vote for Sheriff and Commissioners.

When you take the law-abiding citizens guns, then only the police and criminals will have them. Guess how long the waiting time (for police on calls) will be!

When we lose our civilian gun rights, we lose our ability to defend ourselves and introduce the possibility of being subject to a military state.

"Those who hammer their guns into plows will plow for those who do not."~Thomas Jefferson

"Those who trade liberty for security have neither." ~ John Adams

An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject.

Only a government that is afraid of its citizens tries to control them, thus; Gun control is not about guns; it's about control.

You only have the rights you are willing to fight for.

Gun restrictions will not and can not control criminals from committing criminal acts. It's ignorant to believe they can. It's foolish to restrict your own 2nd Amendment right to preserve your life. The focus needs to be on the CAUSE of the problem and no inanimate object reacts by itself...That's like blaming the manufacturer of the vehicle that a drunk driver used to commit the criminal act of using while under the influence that took the life of another... You think restricting vehicles for law abiding citizens would help curb drunk drivers? Ugh... Makes ZERO sense!

This subject is showing us just how dumb our politicians are. Anyone who thinks gun laws will have any effect on crime is pretty dumb. Limiting mazazine capacity will do nothing either. I can shoot 3 10 round mags just about as fast as I can empty a 30 round mag. What about the millions of tube fed rifles out there that can hold up to 17 rounds or more? The President is wanting to pass laws on something that he or the Congress knows nothing about.

I,ve owned guns for the past 55 years. I've never killed or wounded anyone or robbed anyone. I don't hunt anymore but I still like to target shoot. I truly believe that about all gun owners have similiar interest and pose no threat to anyone. Millions of gun owners never fire their guns. They are collectors and some buy guns as an investment.I think its crazy for everyone to suffer for what a few mental unstables do. The government could find what real violence is if they try to take guns from honest people.
